Barry....... They have been sneaking up on me for a long long time!! 
Having my move in to my newly bought and renovated home happened yesterday, and of course not fully finished, but good enough to get moved in. Been way way too busy since about September and finally starting to settle down a little bit.
Now finally I have time to work on this house and getting my upside down life back in order.
Having a great time and a great day. Thanks all for the warm greetings on my B-day!!!

and I know we have not met yet, but plan to when the Nationals match comes off this year! I usually make the trip with the family. Love the great folks there...

Yep, it has been pretty good, Chance. This evening have been having fun with these new fangled fittings for this polyethylene tubing they use for piping these days. I found some at my local hardware store, expensive but close at this store, and used about 20 of them remodeling this house. Tried to pressurize the water tonight to find that about 7 or so of them are miserably leaky.
In the morning, ALL will be coming out, going into a plastic bag, and heading back to the store. I have some from a different maker, I have used before with 100% tight record for me. The fun of plumbing... I enjoy designing it, I hate installing it!!!!!!!!!
