I'm originally from Montana and moved to Cali in 1972 after serving 3 years in the military (U.S. Army).
I'm not a "Brand" fanatic - I love most types of rimfires and own both longguns and handguns including Rugers, CZ's, S&W's, Savages, & others.
Thanks,
Bruce

Some warm California sunshine would be really nice right about now. Where I live it warmed into the 50's yesterday, rained and melted all the snow, and then the temp dropped like rock over night. I woke up this morning to 15 deg temps and the stomach flu. Hooray!
I look forward to seeing you around the site.

Love the Montery Bay area... always thought if I won the lottery I'd like a winter place on the other end of the bay in Carmel

It's raining & in the mid forties - no sunshine 'til April here.
Yep, spent some time "on the skids", crewed Chinooks & Hueys for Uncle Sam.
And just so you know, I purchased my first CZ (452 Special) a couple of years ago. Now I have three of their rifles & one of their handguns.

Maybe I don't want a "winter home" there after all? I've only been there in the spring or summer. I remember stopping down the coast at Pismo Beach one time... cold, cloudy and rainy, asked the guy at a convenience store how long the weather had been like this... got a funny look on his face and said, "I've been here 3 years and it's been like this most of the time.".
